Redesigning Enterprise Training's Internal Learning Hub
A research-driven UX redesign of Aventiv's internal learning hub — from stakeholder interviews and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups, brand-accurate design, and production implementation.
The Problem
A learning hub that was working against the people trying to learn
The Enterprise Training SharePoint homepage was the front door to training resources for thousands of Aventiv associates—but it was never designed around how those associates actually work. Content had accumulated without structure. Visuals were mismatched. And there was no clear path for someone arriving mid-task who needed a fast answer.
Associates in fast-paced roles like Field Services and Tech Support had no shortcut to on-demand content. New hires couldn't easily find registration dates. The page organized information by content type rather than user intent, so every visitor had to do the same work to find what they needed.
The Solution
A website redesign focused on intuitive and efficient navigation for Aventiv Technolgies's workers.
